Mentor - Support - Prepare
Providing VIRTUAL mentorship and assistance to foster youth between the ages of 16-24, we also work with volunteers, social workers, casa/gals, case managers, and foster families to give youth every possible opportunity. We collaborate with companies and community partners to bring all the possible resources available to youth within their community.
Our Purpose:
We believe that surrounding these young adults with the supports they need to thrive, while teaching, guiding, coaching and challenging them will help them to develop into successful, independent adults.
Our Vision:
We vision a future in which every youth leaving the system, whether through aging out of care or emancipation, has a long-term relationship with a mentor and community resources to help them with this new transition to adulthood.
We begin by recognizing a need to bring stable, healthy lifelong relationships into the lives of foster youth who are transitioning into the community. Having a strong support network is one of our primary focuses. We prepare youth to live successfully in the community with mentorship and support services. The purpose of the organization is to mentor, educate, and support current and former foster youth to transition out of the system successfully and prepare for an independent goal-driven life.
